One Day Healing Retreat:
Letting Go of the Past and Inviting the New
Join us for a day of restorative practices, movement, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls. This retreat is designed to help you release any lingering energies from the past and invite in new possibilities for your life.
Through a combination of practices, including gentle movement, dance, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and spirit. You'll also participate in guided meditations and reflective exercises to help you let go of old patterns and invite in new intentions.
We are experienced facilitators who will provide guidance and support throughout the day, helping you navigate your healing journey and connect with the community of participants. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a nutritious and delicious light lunch provided by our team.
No experience is necessary, and all levels of physical ability are welcome. We invite you to bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind.
